Pine Bluff’s Saracen Landing

Expanding Amenities Exploit Gorgeous Lake Views

The centerpiece of this public-use area is a pavilion complex which is home to the Farmers Market. The pavilion may be reserved for private events by calling the Pine Bluff Parks and Recreation Department.

For a healthful way to spend an afternoon enjoying magnificent lake views, visit the scenic Lake Saracen Cycling/Walking Trail on the shores of Lake Saracen. The trailhead is located just east of the pavilions at Saracen Landing. Keep track of your mileage using mile markers placed along the 5-mile trail. Less experienced walking enthusiasts will appreciate the benches placed conveniently along the trail. The trail is a recent winner of the Arkansas Governor’s Fitness Award.

Adjacent to the pavilion complex is a splash pad that offers summer fun for children aged 12 and younger. The park is open from 9:00AM until 6:00PM, Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends. The wheelchair- friendly facility offers rest rooms and changing rooms, snack and drink vending machines. The splash pad can be reserved for parties by calling the Parks & Rec. Department.

Recently added is the Saracen Landing All-Inclusive Playground, thoughtfully designed to provide equipment that allows children of all abilities to play safely together. The play equipment provides mostly sensory experiences, including visual, auditory and tactile sensations, as well as awareness of balance and relationships of parts of the body.
